    All returns within 14 days of receipt are free. If you wish to return your product you must do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid missing the deadline and disappointment. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address and procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as goods are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. All returns made after 14 day grace period are made at customer expense. In the unlikely event where products would come damaged we will offer full refund or exchange provided that the product is returned to us unused and in its original packaging. Once the led grow light has been used, tents or hydroponic systems assembled we can no longer offer return.

    If you wish to cancel your order then please let us know as soon as possible of placing it. It will allow us to avoid shipping you order and full refund will be given. In the event you’d change your mind after the order was already dispatched please follow our returns procedure.

    Simply browse through our shop, select product(s) you require and add it to the cart. When you finish shopping selection, go to your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”, enter your details, select your payment method and finally click “Place Order”. That’s it!

    We do provide tracking number and the name of the courier company we use for all orders. Then you will be able to track your order online via courier’s website.

    We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days. Typically you should receive your order within 3-5 working days for EU depending of destination country but please keep in mind that delays may happen.

    We do accept PayPal who process all major debit and credit cards and we can also accept direct bank transfers, but please contact us before placing order if you would like to pay by BACS.
